Into a high power blender put all ingredients:
For 1 serving:
1 cup pineapple juice (chilled is best) - either in a can or reconstituted frozen juice is fine
2-3 oz. of microgreens - our family prefers a blend of sunflower, broccoli, and peas.
Whiz on highest speed for 2-3 minutes. (Your smoothie should be smooth without a fiber consistency in your mouth) Drink immediately. Enjoy!
